I’m Ryan, the office manager at the Jennifer Cruz Phung State Farm office. I’m Vietnamese/American and was born in Indonesia. I moved to Florida in 2005 and have lived here since. I began working in the insurance industry in 2021, and I truly love what I do. My passion is helping to protect our customers with their various insurance needs, from auto to home coverage. You can find me at our Winter Haven, FL office, where I’m always happy to help answer questions.
In my free time, I love going to our local beaches and parks here in Florida. I enjoy spending time with my wife, going for runs in the park, or relaxing at the beach. We also love to try out new local restaurants and coffee shops, actively supporting other small businesses in our community.

I’m Ashley, the Executive Assistant at the Jennifer Cruz Phung State Farm office in Winter Haven, FL. Although I’m a transplant to Florida, I’ve always been a Floridian at heart! In 2017, my husband and I flipped a quarter that led to our decision to move to Florida the following year, in 2018. We have two wonderful children who keep us constantly entertained and always on the go! In our free time, we love cooking, boating, fishing, or relaxing by the pool.
I’ve been licensed in insurance since 2018, initially working behind the scenes. Building meaningful relationships and interacting with our State Farm customers to provide reliable auto and home coverage is something I truly enjoy.
